Free warranty service

Chuangpuda provides after-sales service for all products and equipment leaving the factory. The equipment is guaranteed for one year (seals and vulnerable parts are not covered by the warranty). As long as your equipment is within the warranty period and meets the warranty conditions, you can enjoy our company's free warranty service.

The contents include:

• Equipment and system fault repair and maintenance: During the product's warranty period, when equipment malfunctions, we will promptly diagnose, analyze and eliminate the faults of the equipment.

• Our company cannot offer free warranty for the following situations.

• Damage caused by failure to use, maintain or improper storage in accordance with the requirements of the product manual.

• Damage caused by disassembly by personnel not from our company.

• Damaged due to force majeure.

• Seals and vulnerable parts are not covered by the warranty.
